River Court Hotel (link): We have a block of rooms at River Court Hotel right in the heart of Kilkenny for €220/night including a buffet breakfast. This rate is available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. To avail of this rate, please use reference number 544414 when booking. I think to get this rate you will need to call/email at +353 56 7723388 or reservations@rivercourthotel.com. This room block will be held through April 6 and then will be released to the public, and it does appear that outside of the block the hotel is currently sold out for Saturday, June 7.

AirBnb: There are a number of residences on the Mount Juliet Estate available for booking that can hold bigger groups. You can find them by simply searching for "Mount Juliet Ireland." Just note that these residences are self catering, so you would have to plan for your own breakfast. The restaurants at Mount Juliet open to the public at lunch.

Other: There are many hotels in Kilkenny so of course you can stay wherever you would like! Booking early you might be able to find some deals. The shuttle to the wedding on Saturday will pick up and drop off somewhere near the River Court Hotel and you are welcome to use the shuttle service no matter where in Kilkenny you choose to stay.
